I think it is important to note that you have a very loyal employee working for you. He had no problem taking the time to make sure the job was done correctly. It was nice to see that old fashion customer service is still around. He even went out of the way and grabbed our paper and brought it in to my wife.

True to their words!

I was searching for a company to clean the ducts and furnace for my parents house. They have family visiting from Italy for a month and Mamma wanted a clean home. I first called the “Orange” hardware and DIY centre where they source out their home services. Fortunately for me the earliest they had was November 9th. Wow! Then I came across Unique Duct & Furnace Cleaning. I explained the situation to Marlee, the owners, and she was more than willing to help us out with the timeline. We scheduled a date and kept me posted if an earlier appointment time would come up, and it did. Colton was awesome! Respectful and courteous to my parents and he did an amazing job! Family owned and operated indeed, Colton is their nephew! Five Star service!

Good evening!

Just wanted to say what a great job Colton did! Schools were closed and I had my 4 kids home plus an extra! So he walked into one busy house and a morning Costco shop 🙈. All after 2 weeks of Christmas break and my yougest’s birthday! House was a disaster but he was so gracious! He had no problem carefully moving playmobil worlds, lego shelving and who knows what else aside! He had nerf gun battles happening around him and still was just so great! 😂

By the end, my house was back in order and vents were cleaned 🙌🏼

He gave me a great summary, all that made sense (as I knew the previous owners!). And he did not try to sell me on anything extra. He was so great and I will recommend to my friends and family!
